1. Service
NoAccess.1337 provides subscription-based access to player intelligence and log search tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must authenticate via Discord or approved login methods. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.
3. Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful server administration, moderation, and security purposes. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or automate bulk exports of data. Abuse, harassment, or attempts to compromise the service may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid tiers are billed as described on the pricing page. Access activates after confirmed payment. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
5. Data accuracy
Records are aggregated from third-party logs and identifiers. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Verify findings before taking enforcement action.
6. Privacy
We store account, session, and usage data needed to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for data removal options, including paid deletion for $100.
7. Availability
The service is provided as-is. We may modify features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where practical. Maintenance or outages may occur without liability.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; active subscriptions remain subject to the billing terms above.
